Client Service Team:

The resolution of claims, billing, enrollment, and general service issues is the main purpose of this team. A dedicated field representative, backed up by two internal service representatives, will support you. The team averages over 15 years of member services experience and utilizes a tracking system to ensure your satisfaction.

The functions of this team will include:

  • Present carrier renewals and negotiate rates with carriers

  • Conduct enrollment meetings to discuss issues, claim questions and plan design changes 

  • Act as the Benefits Department for your company

  • Address questions and issues affecting the employees of the your organization

  • Provide an employee call center for employees and administration

  • Pro-actively review all benefit offerings annually
